Assassin's Tweed

Photobucket

Whether you're leaping from rooftops or blending with a crowd, proper attire is essential for the modern assassin in Azeroth! So many rogues, cutpurses and assassins are caught every day because of improper choice of attire. Sure, that all-black ensemble may look imposing, but you're never going to convince a guard that you're innocent when wearing it!

"No sir, I'm no thief! These black leathers? This belt of tools? Why no, I'm... a plumber?"

See? It just doesn't work.

Lightweight and made of natural fibers, my latest creation is certain to keep you cool in the most stressful of situations, and more importantly–stain resistant! You'd never disappear into a crowd covered in blood and entrails from your most recent assignment, and with this outfit, you never have to worry!

I present to you... Assassin's Tweed!

We've Got Spirit!

Photobucket

Lately, I've gotten several requests to make my designs "simpler" and "more easy to acquire." To that I simply must say "tough tiddlywinks!" I'm a gnome, and a fashionable one at that! Do you think I can just go to the Tall-Mart in downtown Stormwind and buy stylish designs in my size? I have to be resourceful, and work hard! It's no easy task to look this good, my friends!

Style is hard work, people! Be aggressive! B-E aggressive! *ahem* Sorry. Getting a bit ahead of myself!

Continuing my trend of designs that are not easy to come by, this next one is a doozie, and by that I mean it would take two years to gather everything you need for it! That takes spirit!

And speaking of spirit, these girls have it, yes they do, modeling the most dazzling of faction fashion as they cheer on their champions at the Crusader's Arena! Available in Wrynn Red or Garrosh Green, these ensembles are sure to get your faction's blood pumping!

Advertising Works!

Some of you may be noticing some issues with Photobucket and my images. The good news is, a brief mention in the comments section on wow.com can really drive up visitation to the blog!

The bad news is, I ate through my monthly bandwidth allotment within the first week of the month! I'm currently looking into alternatives, but for the time being, we're image-free!

Thank you all for your support and interest! I promise we'll be back up ASAP!

Welcome to Tinker Town!

Photobucket

From the Boltsparks to the Sprocketwhistles, engineering has been a gnomish pasttime for untold ages. However, in recent years, our passion has spread across the other races of Azeroth, many of whom care far more for their appearance than the average gnome. (I admit, my fashion sense is a bit of an aberration.)

As such, I have designed this outfit to fit needs both functional AND fashionable! Made of state-of-the-art Gnocron®, it's machine-washable and moisture-wicking, to keep you cool during even the direst of malfunctions!

Apologies!

I apologize for the lateness of my updates. I'd like to try to get something out every week, but between the blizzard (small b) here on the East coast and my raid schedule, I've been a bit behind. Expect to see an update or two this weekend!

Much thanks to those who have left comments or emailed me with suggestions. I'll do my best to get them on the page ASAP. For those who haven't left comments, feel free! Encouragement is always appreciated, and likely yields faster updates.

Stormwind Guard

Photobucket

Welcome back! Today's design is modeled above by Lady Josin Teya of Stormwind, as well as her brigade of Lady Lions of Stormwind. Quite the fetching look, isn't it?

One of my earliest designs, the Tagalong Fashions' Stormwind Guard is authentic enough to use for new recruits to the post, or for those who are more interested in infiltrating Wrynn's great city. It's only a matter of time before some stranger comes up and asks you directions to the nearest trainer!

((Many folks think "Oh, just use the Imperial Plate set!" for creating a Stormwind Guard. That's partially true, but some of the pieces are just completely wrong. (The shoulders, especially.) I wish I could say that the addition of the Stormwind Tabard had made this even more indistinguishable, but that tabard is terrible. Also, even the Stormwind Guards aren't consistent from guardsman to guardsman, so some variation is acceptable.

Anyway, here's the list. Some are quest items, some are craftable. The wowhead links will point you in the right direction to gather them.))
